New Processing Arrangements for Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate Visas

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has advised that effective from 1 July 2013 the processing of all 485 visa applications that have already been lodged and undecided by their current case officers will be transferred from the General Skilled Migration team in Brisbane and Adelaide to the Temporary Graduate Visas Centres in Brisbane and Adelaide.

DIAC Advise “There will be minimal impact to clients who have already lodged an application or who will lodge an application in the future.” and “If you have already lodged an application, you do not have to do anything. Your new case officer will contact you.“
